Oh, Im So Busy HOLIDAY ):

Rawrrr, I tell you, holiday is even busier than school day can):
W/ all activities like remedial, WFL, NYAA camp, cca camp,~~oasis camp~~

When we got off the bus, it started to rain):

Fun And Fellowship:D

Today is really my unlucky unlucky UNLUCKY day lah :[
Was finding my spec for like donno how many mins when its actually on my table-.-!
Then my hp start to go missing when it is alrdy in my bag.
Rawrrr, so call Crystal to tell her tht I'll be reaching at ard 1030(I intend to reach thr earlier)
Then when I was crossing thr zebra crossing, I suddenly rmb tht I dint bring my sermon notpad-.-!
Ran back & start searching for my sermon notepad high & low.
Spent ard like 15 mins and found it in my cupboard convered by my messy clothes X:

So I ran to the boon lay ctrl station
And guess wad?
When I was halfway, it started to rain! Prayed, and the rain dint stop but it rained HEAVIER lah!:/
I was like"urgh!God, how can you liedat treat me?;[
Hahah, stop at the traffic light thr cos the rain was simply too big and it was impossible for me to cross w/o umbrella.
Thank God, he sent a nice and kind young woman to accompany me to cross the road w/ her umbrella:]

NYAA CAMP

Hey yo ppl, miss me?:D
Rawr, I noe the anser alrdy okeh. And its a 'YES'!:P

Anw, do allow me to share w/ all of you wad did I did in this 2 days 1 nite camp okeh:)

Day 1:
Meet up w/ Vera & bought my 1.5 litres of water. Bought for Huijia also lah, cos I promised her(:
So I was like carrying 2 1.5 bottle(s) ann a sleeping bag on my hand.
Imagined... LOL!
But thank God Vera was thr to help me carry my sleeping bag. She nice lah

On my way teeling Vera ltr ppl tot I kiasu buy until 2 bottle. *laugh* I don wan to be auntie!

Reached thr like finally...

Chatted w/ frens over thr and we were all like"I wan to be in the same grp w/ you, I wan to be in the same grp as you!" Hahah:D

But was v. disappointed when I saw the grping cos no one I wan to be in the same grp as der is in my grp:(

Feel like gng home & pon the camp tht moment lahX:

Assemble and we had attandance taking followed by spot check(:

Went to put our bags and stuffs and went back to the quadrangle to assemble in our grp(:

Aft tht, we played concentration to see which grp is the 1st to 8th to set off for nite trail:)

At first my grp's result wasnt really good, but thank God we got 4th:D

Had dinner. It consist of chicken, veggies & egg.

Not really hungry tht time so dint finish up everything(:

Went to the foyer to prepare night trail.

It was FANTASTICCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC!:D

The best game of the day lah *hahah*

We had to go all over the place in jurong west to jurong east:]

All the SLs keep encouraging us lah. They're fantastic too!:D Cos Jianping even helped mte & alison to carried our 1.5 water bottle!:]

Cos still got time left so we went mac to slack slack:]

Had supper and wash up. Me, alison & jiayun went 2nd floor to wash up instead of 1st

Day 2:

Woke up & have everything ready then we all chiong down to quadrangle to assemble.

Had morning exercise and it was really tiring and exhausing lah:(

Alison even nearly fainted cos she cant run w/o having breakfast first

Had breakfast & off to have our training moule, a talk by Mr chua.

Rawr, baby sabo me to say my targets/goals lah. So 丢脸 can:( Hahah, but nvm I still love you:DD

Had our cheering competition and it was really a laughing my ass out session.

Fun though:)

Aft tht we went to packed our bag and assemble at the quadrangle for prize presentation.

Today is sec 4s Mother Tongue O level.

Has been blog-hopping West leaders' blog, and I found their entries are always so encouraing lah.
Yeah, they, as a leader faced alot alot of problems, but still, they clenched on to their goals, look to God and continue to have 永不言败's spirit!
Hahahah, I really do adore and 佩服 them lah xD
And of cos, I wanna be like them tooooo! Learn from them(:

Yesterday nite before I slept, had a short chat w/ God.
He asked me to choose alot alot of things between Him and those stuffs(eg. Family)
Well, at first, of cos w/o a second thought, I said I chose Him.
But he told me to think again deep inside my heart which one I wld choose.
Slowly and slowly, I began to think deeply.
Yeah, if these really do happen, I wld say, I wldnt choose Him.
This also can prove tht I dint love God deep down in my heart!
And so, God told me alot alot of things(:
So here, Huaiqian is gng to announce, NO MATTER WAD HAPPEN IN FUTURE, I WILL PUT ASIDE EVERYTHING AND FOLLOW TO HIM & WAIT FOR HIS CALLING.

9 Easy Slim Down Tips

1. Get A Good Sleep
- When you have a good night sleep, your body produces a powerful hormone called Leptin. Leptin helps promote weight loss in two ways: It discourages you from eating by signalling to your brain saying that your stomach feel full, and it rouses you to expend energy.

2. Don't Listen To Fast Music While Eating
- The speedier the tune, the faster (and the more) you'll tend to eat. Eating faster may lead you to consume large chunk of food without chewing it properly and may lead to bad digestions. So before any meal, either switch off your stereo or put on a slow, soothing album.

3. Never Skip A Meal
- skipping a meal, say its breakfast, lunch or dinner wont make you lose few pounds but you may increase a few. You'll tend to eat whatever you can get on at the following meal. Try to maintain
3 meals per day or have 6 light meals plan per day.

4. Start Walking !!!
- Dont drive to go to a 5 minute away grocery store, start climbing up and down those stairs when you are at the shopping malls, do some speed walk if you are going to your neighbor houses, classes, walk the dog, or shopping.

5. Go Under The Sun Sometimes
- Your body needs sunlight to produce a very essential feel-good hormone called serotonin, which may help lessen your cravings for sugar and other carbohydrates.

6. Remove All Cookies, Candies From Your Sight
- If you keep fatty foods, candy, out of sight, it'll be much easier to keep them out of mind. Store it somewhere less reachable where your hand cannot get to the jars easily. The more easier access to it, the more you consume calories without even realizing it.

7. Eat Slowly
- It takes around 20 minutes for your stomach to send signals to the brain that it's full. So when you eat too quickly, your body doesn't have time to recognize that it's fulled. As a result, you consume a lot more and bloated at the end. Try to chew for at least 20-30 seconds for a single bite.

8. Turn On The lights
- The brighter your dining area, the less food you'll likely to eat. If your light is dimmed, the more you'll eat because you will feel more relaxed and less self-conscious. So consider adjusting the lighting in places where you eat most often.

Well, as most of you know, ww had subject briefing for all sec 2s which is complusory lah :/ Went to school with Vera. Okeh, i rmbed the time wrongly and waited her for ard 10 mins:[ Forgot to bring wallet and so borrowed 60cents from Vera. How muddlehead of Huaiqian ah:{ Buesd to school and chatted w/ the rest of 2Eians. Lied to darlink tht we took the same bus as shiwei when we only saw him @ my 181 bus-stopX: Hope she & qinping isnt angry w/ us lahX:

I'm back from fellowshipping w/ Quannie, Sihui & Crystal:D

Morning went to meet up w/ Vera at bus-stop & bused to gek po to meet w/ qinping& xinhua:) Oh well, its kind of wierd when you take the bus which dont "belong" to your school yeah? We took 243 and its like all the pionner student keep looking at us tht made me so awakard lah X: Reached and xinhua was alrdy thr:] Yeah, and everyone was early today:} Had the 2$ breakfast and was ultra full lah. Xinhua super li hai. She can eat 2 sets of meal lah:P And qinping was ultra fillial. She even bought home breakfast for her mom to eat:D Heehee;D Walked to school and yeah:]

Physics did an experiment. It wasnt fun at all lah ): Dint manage to watch finish the video on BGR lah):But rafly know the endin part lah:) Eng was only 1 period. Well, the holi assesment for eng was quite cool you noe. Morning was not a v. great one. Cos didi & mei mei were quarreling over the tv channel which made me really v. annoyed. Went to boon lay ctrl to meet west D peeps♥♥ :D Aft. west D1 all arrived, Quan sheng & De quan reached :) And Eugene was the last to reach lah. It was when Quan sheng told him tht we'll be leaving first then he said he had reached *laugh* I think in future Quan sheng shld call him earlier lah X:

Fellowship on the way & crystal keep reminding me of trunk tree trunk lah. I keep laughing non-stop can -.-! And thr's this china old couple (ard 30 plus?) who keep touching each other and doing all sort of actions which will make you uncomfortable but wanna to have a second look lah X: Huichuen keep kajiaoing them by saying "Eh, got small children der leh. Can you be show more respect? This is a public place leh" etc.. The couple looked at our direction lah. I guess they heard? Just tht they pretend to act innocent X: Hahah, potato so cute lah :D

Reached and we were late for P.M. Hist we watched this video which was all 'bout soccer.

Today school lesson was pretty good?
Becos test was over and no lessons was conducted! xD

During assembly we had this talk bout the donation of food to needy family (:

But the WHOLE cg was a real fun!

I've just had a really fruitful day :D
Let's start from the v. beginning okeh :)

I was muddle head again.
I keep looking for things tht are alrdy in my bag.
And i was afraid tht i wld be late.
So i keep praying tht i will reach thr in time lah :]
And i wasnt late, instead i was the first one to reach.
Saw quansheng, eugene & lan.
They were waiting for weikoon, but i told them he wld only reach at 11, so they went off first.
Wait and wait and wait...
Crystal arrived, followed by huichuen and weikoon was the last.
He was late lah, so yeah, weikoon, 50 cents to cg fund ah. Hahah! *laugh* :D

Train to lakeside to wait for weikoon's visitors (:
While waiting, me, huichuen and crystal keep chantting bout this girl X:

Had a crazy chat w/ Vera.
Once she starts laughing, she cant stop lah.
So in any situation, once she alrdy started smiling, you have to stop her from opening her mouth :P

Tuition was tiring lah, Ms Keng keep saying i shld be in sec 1 N.A ):
Then she made 2 mistakes while teaching and i told her to go her mom's stomach *laugh*

I've alrdy tell you wad i wanna tell you in my letter ler lah :) So yeah, i shant post anymore cos i'm lazy ;D Hope it touches your heart lah. I just wanna say sorry for not loving you enough. But you really bring joy to my life(: Thanks God for you lah :DDDD

Aft. sch to th art thing. Its a waste of time cos i dint even do anything except creating a blog which i can do at home. Went th harvester meet at lib. Thanks God that boonie they all were having their cg thr lah. Or i'll have a hard time finding jency. Today isnt a . good day. I was feeling v. upset & moody from th start of th day]: It seems that no one will always listen to me completely until i tok finish lah. I mean dont you ppl noe is so rude? *sigh* Wadever. Oh yeah, and i'm th only girl who fail my physics lah. How crap is that? But at least i improve it by 8 marks & i still wanna thanks God for that :) Lets pray hard that i'll pass on mye okeh :D

CG was in lib. Have shepherding w/ shepherd first. We tok bout how to hide hp in sch etc. It was v. funny lah ;D I dint study dao anything lah. In fact i was entertain myself all alone. Jerron was poor poor thing lah. He actually forgot cg is at lib and he waited at mac for like almost 1 hr lah. Lucky quan sheng & eugene were thr and they help to call regh :}
Went to tuition at 5.30 when cg was dismissed! And yeah, next week cg will be no longer study cg. And that means i can have ppl entertaining me you noe :DDDDDDD *lmao*

ANOTHER BLESSFUL DAY, MYE, I HAVE NICE JUNIORS:D

I am super bless w/many things today :] Thr's no rev-up today due to the weather :} So we had this wet weather programe of a presentation by Mr ong. He was super funny lah. ;D

First period was history. All we do was copying again lah. Th qns was worth only 9 marks & th anser was a whole chunk of a full page of a foolscape paper -.-! Wah, really not worth it leh. I think it shld at least 20 marks okeh XX: Then lit we had a test. I think th paper was set in a really pretty unique way. We actually had to memories th whole story lah and all i do for th past few weeks were memorising th characterstics:/ Okeh, i think i'll be able to pass? Hope so lah ;D

Eng we did th gng thru of summary. I pass leh :D 8/15 :) Thanks God alright :} Music was bored cos i dunno how to plasy at all. All i did was to bang th piano. I did sth super embarrasing lah. I was sleeping on th keyboard & i think i accidentally pressed on dunno which button & th 'DJ' sound came out X: Heng ms fong nvr scold lah :) Maths we go thru th hw which i dint do. Chi we do a ws given my zhamh yi. My grp no one was doing, everyone was just talking and laughing :DDD

Aft school clear all th staffs from th carboard & brin home tons of bks. I told allen to help me brin home my chem tb & he actually agree you noe :D So nice of him ah ;D Then i told jacclyn and yanling to help me bring too :D They said yes tooooo ! :DDDDDDD I was like jumping w/ joy okeh! *laugh* Then me, xinhua, vera & qinping waited for eeling and off we went to jp mac to hae our lunch & study! I did finish my lit ;) And yeah, vera was super funny lah. We were discussing on wad bag we're gng to bring tmr and you noe wad she say? she say she'll bring a luggage & wear winter clothes. Then she'll go ask mrs chow whr's th airport cos she lost her way & she needa go north pole to take her exams w/ th polar bear thr. Th santa claus will be her tcher & th rein deer dunno be her wad. I was laughing my head off lah! :DDDDDDDDDDD And this vera keep telling all of us how much she love chan yong chee -.-! Okeh, yeah yeah. He's ur no. 1 lover lah :P Went off at ard 5 gng to 6. Hi ppl, this is my 123 posts :)

Well, today isnt a mon blues cos i enjoy mon lesons :D During assembly, we had a talk by betty chow on vulgarities and attire. She show the 3 boys who kana punished byher der reflections then tell them to stand up. Lol, she even say she isnt embarrassing them. Like wth? Calling them stand up is alrdy letting the whole school noe who are them liao lor. Isnt it the same as embarrassing them? -.-! Went back to class & got discipline check. I'm clever enough to pin my hair up at home today lah :P But mdm azzina keep insisting that i needa clip up my two feelers ): And yeah, i'm forced to buy another wwss socks just becos i dint wear the previous one and not that i wear ankle socks )): My another 2$ flew D: Vera is clever enough to say its becos she washed her socks ):/

Pw we just did our own reflections. But i went blog-hopping instead X: Eng we go thru the compo. I passed leh :DDD Aft. recess waited for sihui for quite awhile but she dint turn up so i quicjly rushed to D&T. Today dnt was fun you noe.We gossip alot & i told clara sth that i shldnt have ):*guilty* Maths we did revision. I hope i can still rmb those chpt. like porpotional lah. I wanna get at least a B you noe :D CME lesson was on handling stress & stuffs. But i wasnt listening at all X: Then at th last 10 mins, we were scolded for cheating. Well, mdm dint exactly say out, but all of us noe wad she mean yeah? ): Chi was so crap. The tcher gave us 35 mins to do compo. I handed up to her late & she cmplained this complained that. Walao, i hand up alrdy v. good liao leh, wad more you wan lah?-.- so crappy lah that china tcher :/

I love this class of 2E'08. Its simply a wonderful & prefect class :)

I've just studied my chem & lit :D Isnt this great? ;D But still, i cant overcome this temptation of not using th comp for even one day ): This is like so terrible D: I've prayed for guideness & wisdom before i started my revision & God really ansered my prayer in just like a few mins? :D He's great! :] So, i shant let him down & i'll work hard more than ever to get th result that He wants ;D

God always blesses us w/ things, but wad do we do to return him? Sin more, take his blessing for granted? God do not take our blessings away when we sin, but instead, we're th ppl who are afraid that he will take away his blessings when we sin. Why did God still bless sinners like us? Its simple, becos he loves us deep down in his heart. He's not like us, selfish & do wadeve things that only pleases ourself. God is great,God is gracious. So, isnt it time we do sth to return him? CG'08! :DD

Went to service alone again ): But God spoke to me when i'm reading sermon :DD At th traffic light thr, saw quanshen. So walked tgth to the isle cafe :} Then when we were at the POSB bank, crystal came ;D And so th fact is that the 3 of us took th same mrt just that we dint saw each other -.-! *laugh* No fate lah.

Sat w/ huichuen & shepherd during service :DDD P&W was great. I was sweating aft. the whole lot of jumping :} Teaching was on CARING FOR THE NEEDY :D I learnt alot from it. :) And sihui was extra high cos pst. shirley smile at her. I wan her signature lah X: Hahah! And during service, i wrote 我♥ Huaiqian on sihui's hand & 我♥ sihui on my hand ;D So sweet hor xD

Aft. service went to meridian to have our lunch :] Ate noodle tgth w/ shepherd. And regh went to meet crystal. She also v. long nvr meet me liao lah ): Yeah, and i kiss shepherd & regh:D Feel hourned becos its huaiqian who kisses you. Hahah! Anw, next activity was UDMM meeting! ;D Teaching by jency was on BREAKTHROUGH I asked myself alot of qns during this teaching & i realised that i've miss alot of stuffs. Its only a secret between me & God :} Jency was super high during th teaching lah. She keep laughing herself and keep saying "okeh okeh" *laugh* And hw was memorising verse D: Nvm, i shall complete it asap alright! Three cheers! :) Trained home w/ shepherd, huichuen & crystal :D

Yeah, i just realise it when i was showering & looking thru the mirror ): My nose was like so red lah. I look like a clown D:

Morning went pioneer mall to eat breakfast w/ qinping & xinua :D Actually w/ vera lso der, but becos of the rain, she decided not to come. Wah she super lazy lah. P.M is just below her hse yet she don wan to come X: Alot of westwoodians were thr, tchers like mr chua & ms goh was thr too ;D Ate and ate & chat :) And thr's this guy from 4D keep looking back at us lah. So me & qinping was like if "he turn back again, we'll stare at him lah" Then we really did that for 2 times. The second time he was like abit paiseh liao, so he justa act act turn up look at the ceiling. Then darlink say maybe he looking at the toilet mah, dont need liedat make him so embarrasesing *laugh* Oh yes, and i asw VERNICE TOH love today! ;D Superxzxzxz long boh see her liao lah :{

Walked to stadium at ard 7:50am. And halfway thru i realise i wore the wrong side of my p.e shorts! -.- *sigh* Every yr sports day also the same, always wore the opposite side. So unlucky lah )): So went to the toilet to change which make me miss him :/ So went to settle down& it was drizzling v. heavily. I keep praying & praying that it wld stop. And it did :D Abi * baby say when i was praying it was funneh lah. Cos i was lifting my hand to the sky. *laugh* So yeah, the whole event started ;D

I was super high thruout the whole event can. Keep shouting, cheering & jumping up & down :D Jiayun was running super fast like riding a motorbike can!? Waited for sihui outside the stadium w/ Vera. They super long lah. Early in the morning we had the exam briefing by Mrs lee -.- Everyone was laughing their ass out when she came out from the backstage lah. And her pronounsatio was super funneh. Xiao tian keep repeating wad she said which irritates me a lil lah -.- But seriously, the briefing was just a waste of my precious time cos the talk is like from pri sch till sec sch also the same der.Cant they just tell our F.Ts to brief us thru? It'll be much btr than sitting at the hall :/

Lessons were boringggggggggg D: My chem test is gonna flunk like i've nvr flunk before ): Blame on my laziness lah :/ Si jackass, boh study then cannot let me copy X: And ms tan actually rmb my nameyou noe! The first time when i step into the gz room, my heart sank. And i tot to myself "oh man, am i gng to spend the next 3 yrs in this stuffy cca room?" Aft the 2nd lesson, i could not stay anymore, so i jus went to huimin{ex-vice-president} and say "Huimin ah, i really cnt stay anymore leh, can i quit the cca, i wanna go join gb." And she was like so shock. Cos its only the 2nd lesson. Aft all the encourament she gave me, i decided to try for another few lessons... So for all the weds & fris, i'll be telling my frens"huh, today got cca leh, can i pon? Got wad escuse you can give me ah?" And i rmb how i told my frens how biased my seniors are always doting on guys instead on girls X: *laugh* Aft 3 weeks of trying to adopt my cca, i failed. And i determind to quit the next lesson. But God has his plan. The tcher left when i decided to quit. And that's when the senior starts to become our gz "instructor" My passion for the cca grow, my desire to get at least a silver grow & my interest of gz grow. I decided not to quit cca anymore. And i can tell you, i dint regret my descision at all. Becos in ga, i met great seniors, i met great frens. They really are fun & loving to be w/. And i rmb how beepeng & huilun wld "quarreled" over which note & which sound is the song suppose to be & how we use to laugh over their childishness. I'll nvr forget how they train us, how they punish us & how they praise us when we really done a good job (: I'll nvr ever forget the joy & tears we shared. And becos of them, that's why sec 2s can play so well. All of the sec 2s, its they train us to become who we are today :] In the past, you say say my cca sucks, i'll agree w/ you & a thumb up too. I noe we did a good job, but then its like no one looking? crap lah, they donno how to show respect? somemore is principle & GOH der ppl leh -.- But nvm, gz, continue to jy for the june concert! :D Cannot disappoint the pass-ed out seniors :} We went for lunch at ljs & watch the movie called 'run papa, run papa'{?} I think is correct lah :X It was v. touching. Today was another great day. But that exclude CCa lah :/
Ms wong nvr come for hist & thr's no reliee tcher for that 2 periods so we were playing, chatting & crapping for the whole 1 hour! Oh man! This is the first time in my lie in Westwood that i experience no tcher at all in one lesson XX: okeh lah, maybe i sua ku can? haha X:

It was west v. first anni yesterday :]
And during service, i keep telling regh i wan faster service end cos cnt w8 to go for the anni :P

i've just watch finished passion of th christ (:
